A crib (cot) is also supplied at no extra cost. The ground floor master bedroom has a separate lockable external door if required. Ideal for two families to share. Also on the ground floor is the spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry closet (containing full sized washer and dryer) together with a separate toilet and wash basin.
